Gulnaz Stybayeva, MD, PhD
President & CTO

Dr. Gulnaz Stybayeva holds an MD and PhD in microbiology from Kazakh National University and has conducted bioengineering research at the University of California, Davis and Mayo Clinic. At Sersense, Dr. Stybayeva leads projects focused on in vitro diagnostic device development, drawing on her interdisciplinary background in clinical medicine, microbiology, and technology development.

Paul Gramstad, BA, CPA
Vice President & CFO

Paul Gramstad holds a BA in Accounting from Gustavus Adolphus College and is a certified public accountant. At Sersense, Mr. Gramstad serves as Chief Financial Officer and oversees accounting, financial management, payroll, and human resources.

Administrative Analyst

Rebecca Robinson has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and operations manager within biomedical enterprises, including serving as Vice President of Lexrite, an early-stage biotechnology startup. At Sersense, Ms. Robinson serves as an Administrative Analyst and supports activities related to operations, technology licensing, partnerships, and fundraising.
